Tam Tinh Khai Quyen (Three-Beast Beginning Boxing)
This is a basic boxing ofPhakwondo. It includes the following factors:
The boxing includes 3 bo (positions) and 9 thuc (moods). They are:
- 9 Da phap (methods of beating) are built on the principle of cuu cung and bat quai which are 8 directions and a central point. They are regarded as 9 points that no one can develop anything else out of them. Those 3 bo are quyen (boxing) - cuoc (feet) - truu (elbows). They are technically divided into don (strokes) which are medium-long-short. They combine with don kinh (Kinh is rebounce force of muscles, nervers, bones and vitality. Don kinh is simple kinh), lien kinh (inter-kinh), hiep kinh (collective kinh).
- 9 Tan phap (methods of getting balance for newly-joined kungfu students) are built on the foundation of yin & yang to distribute forces to get balances, positions of body, such as:
- 9 Bo phap (The nine position methods): the different movements formed through the use of the chart of the 5 basic universe elements

Features: This boxing is used to evolve from fundemental level to advanced level.
- Making full basic foundation in order to develop it in the future.
- Creating the foundation of tan phap in order to co-ordinate movement like boxing-chuong (palms) - truu (elbows) - chi (index fingers) - trao (clawing, snatching by fingers) - cuoc (foot) - doan cuoc (short foot)...

- Creating the force of kinh diversifiedly such as ngu hanh..
